Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Free Cancellation
Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation. You will receive a full refund, including any deposits.
Partial Refund
Between 60 and 31 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total booking cost.
No Refunds
The full amount must be paid within 30 days of arrival or in case of a no-show.
Deposits
Upon booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
