- No smoking - Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Smoking is permitted outside, provided an ashtray is used.
- No pets - Pets are not allowed unless expressly agreed otherwise in advance.
- Quiet time - A quiet period applies between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors and other guests.
- Number of guests - Only the number of people specified in the booking may stay in the property.
- Parties and events - Parties, gatherings, and noisy activities are not permitted.
- Cleanliness of the property - Please treat the house, furniture, and inventory with care. Please report any damage or defects immediately.
- Waste and cleanliness - Waste must be separated and disposed of in the designated containers. Please leave the property tidy.
- Air conditioning and electricity - Turn off the air conditioning, lights, and electrical appliances when leaving the property. Keys - Lost keys must be reported immediately. Any costs may be charged.
- Moving furniture - Moving furniture yourself is not permitted.
- Check-out - Upon departure, the property must be left in a reasonable condition, in accordance with the check-out instructions.
