These terms and conditions apply to every reservation. By making a reservation, the tenant agrees to the terms and conditions below.
- Reservation and Payment - A reservation is final upon receipt of written confirmation by email. Payment must be made according to the instructions stated in the confirmation. If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
- Deposit and Damage - A deposit may be requested upon arrival or in advance. The deposit will be refunded after departure, provided the property is left undamaged. Any damage, loss, or additional cleaning costs may be deducted from the deposit.
- Cancellation - Cancellations must be made in writing by email. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation. We recommend taking out cancellation and travel insurance.
- Arrival and Departure - Check-in and check-out times will be communicated in advance. Deviations are only possible after prior consultation and confirmation.
- House Rules - The applicable house rules form an integral part of these terms and conditions. In the event of violation, we reserve the right to terminate your stay prematurely without refund.
- Liability - Your stay in and use of the property and its facilities is entirely at your own risk. Casa Jema is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. The tenant is liable for any damage caused by themselves or fellow travelers.
- Complaints - Any complaints must be reported as soon as possible during your stay so we have the opportunity to resolve them.
- Applicable law - These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law, unless mandatory law stipulates otherwise.
